Options for making online sweepstakes

The following persons aren’t eligible to enter the online sweepstakes : (a) employees of ERB (“Sponsor”), its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers or employees; (b) officers, employees or agents of anyorganizations directly involved this Sweepstakes, including any co-sponsor of the online sweepstakes ; (c) immediate relations and persons living within the same household because the persons identified in (a) and (b) above. Only the prizes laid out in the official participating conference or event literature are going to be awarded. Prizes are non-transferable, with no cash redemption or equivalent. All federal, state and native income taxes, insurance, licensing, registration and title fees connected to the prize are the only responsibility of the winners. All federal, state and native laws and regulations apply. Sponsor shall only be liable for awarding the amount of prizes as stated in these rules. Sponsor expressly disclaims any responsibility or liability for injury or loss to a person or property concerning the delivery and/or subsequent use of prizes awarded. All properly claimed prizes are going to be awarded. If any correspondence of the online sweepstakes judge or any prize is returned as undeliverable, the corresponding prize are going to be forfeited and can be awarded to an alternate winner. Should a winner make any false statement(s) in any document referenced above, the winner are going to be required to promptly return to Sponsor his/her prize. Any unclaimed prizes are going to be awarded during a random drawing to be held as necessary. within the event there’s a dispute of the entrant’s identity, the prize are going to be awarded to the established email account related to the entry.
